Instructions for Use

- At other times, elevate your legs for 7-10 minutes before putting on the socks.
- Remove rings, watches, and bracelets to prevent snags and tears.
- Ensure your feet are clean and dry before application.
- Gently put on the socks; do not pull or twist.
- Avoid using lotions or creams that may compromise the grip of the silicone band. Apply lotions in the evening after removing the socks.
- Avoid wearing shoes that could damage the socks.
