This complex migrates across the membrane by capillary action to the test line, where it is captured by mouse anti-SARS-CoV-2 monoclonal antibodies. A colored test line will appear in the result window. The intensity of this line may vary depending on the amount of SARS-CoV-2 antigen present in the sample. If SARS-CoV-2 antigens are not present in the sample, no test line will appear. The control line is used for procedural control, and must be present, which indicates the correct performance of the test. Test preparation and procedure Preparation: 1.
