Dosing and Administration Usual dosing regimen. The recommended single dose for adults is 10-30 mg. The maximum daily dose is 90 mg. The dosage should be adjusted depending on the intensity of the pain. The daily dose should be divided into several single doses, up to 4 / day (every 6-8 hours). The maximum recommended dose should not be exceeded.
