Opaque, from light beige to light brownish color gel with a characteristic odor. The main active substance Release form 20.0 g of gel is placed in an aluminum tube with a screw cap. 1 tube, along with instructions for use, is placed in a cardboard box. Dosage 20 g Special instructions Data on the use of the drug in pediatric practice are limited, data on the use in children under 1 year of age are not available. The use of the drug in children under 1 year of age is contraindicated. Pharmacological action Other wound healing agents The drug has an antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and softening effect on scar tissue. Indications for use Hypertrophic, keloid, movement-restricting scars that occur after surgery, amputations, burns and trauma. Dosage and administration Apply the required amount of gel 2-3 times a day and gently rub into the scar until completely absorbed. With dense scars, you can leave the gel under the bandage overnight. Depending on the size and thickness of the scar, treatment lasts from several weeks to several months. Physical irritation (eg, extreme cold exposure, ultraviolet radiation, or excessive massaging) should be avoided, especially when treating fresh scars. The duration of the course of treatment is determined by the doctor, taking into account the characteristics of the disease, the effect achieved and the tolerability of the drug. Use during pregnancy and lactation There are no data on the safety of use during pregnancy and lactation. Data on the effect on fertility are not available.
