Yaotongning Jiaonang Capsules: Relieve Back, Joint Pain & Stiffness

Yaotongning Jiaonang capsules provide comprehensive relief from lower back pain, joint pain, and stiffness. This traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation works by reducing swelling, alleviating pain, and promoting Qi circulation through meridian warming.

Conditions Treated:

• Intervertebral disc herniation
• Sciatica
• Lower back muscle strain and myositis
• Fibrositis
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Lumbosacral pain
• Arthralgia
• Limited limb and torso movement due to cold and dampness blockage in energy channels and blood vessels.

Dosage and Administration:

Take 4-6 capsules once daily, half an hour before bedtime. Dissolve one 10ml bottle in 50-100ml of warm boiled water and consume the solution with the capsules.

Clinical Indications (TCM Syndrome):

Contraindications and Precautions:

• Do not use if you have hypertension with blood pressure reaching 23/13 kPa (170/100 mmHg).
• Patients with post-hemorrhagic stroke or hemiplegia following cerebral thrombosis should consult a doctor before use.
• Discontinue use if allergic to any ingredient.

Additional Information:

• If experiencing stomach discomfort, take the medication after dinner.
• Use with caution if you have heart disease, hypertension, or cold symptoms due to spleen and stomach deficiency.
