Crush the tea blend into a fine powder (using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, etc.). Steep 1 tablespoon of the powdered blend in 0.5 liters of boiling water in a thermos for 1 hour. Consume 50ml three times daily, 30 minutes before meals, and a fourth serving before bedtime. Prepare the daily amount needed. Store any remaining tea in the refrigerator.
