Ingredients:

Directions:
- Add 1 teaspoon of the finely ground herbal mixture to 200 ml (approximately 7 oz) of boiling water.
- Heat gently in a water bath for 1-2 minutes.
- Steep for 1 hour.
- Strain before consuming.
- Take 50-70 ml (approximately 1.7-2.4 oz) 3-4 times daily, 1 hour before meals.
