How to Use

Before brewing, finely grind the contents of the package using a mortar and pestle, coffee grinder, or similar device. Add 1 tablespoon of the finely ground herbal mixture to 500ml (approximately 2 cups) of boiling water. Steep for 1.5 hours, then strain. Consume throughout the day in equal portions, 30 minutes before meals. A recommended course of treatment is 2 months. For a sweeter taste, add 1 teaspoon of honey. Brew the daily amount needed. If brewing a larger quantity, store in the refrigerator.
