It prevents the death of hepatocytes, reduces the degree of their fatty infiltration and the spread of centrilobular necrosis of the liver, promotes the regeneration of hepatocytes, normalizes protein, carbohydrate, lipid and pigment metabolism. Increases the amount of synthesis and excretion of bile, normalizes its chemical composition. Thiotriazolin® enhances the compensatory activation of anaerobic glycolysis, reduces the inhibition of oxidation processes in the Krebs cycle while maintaining the intracellular ATP pool. The drug activates the antioxidant system and inhibits the processes of lipid oxidation in ischemic areas. Improves the rheological properties of blood (activates the fibrinolytic system). Dosage and administration For adults with acute myocardial infarction, chronic hepatitis with severe activity of the process Thiotriazoline in the first 5 days is administered intramuscularly at 2 ml of a 25 mg / ml solution (50 mg each) 2-3 times a day or intravenously slowly at a rate of 2 ml / min 4 ml of 25 mg / ml (100 mg) 1 time per day, or drip at a rate of 20–30 drops per minute (2 ampoules of a 25 mg / ml solution are diluted in 150–250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution). From the fifth to the twentieth day of therapy, Thiotriazoline is prescribed in tablets (at a dose of 100 mg 3 times a day). In angina pectoris FC II-III, it is recommended to administer 4 ml of a 25 mg / ml solution 2 times a day (daily dose – 200 mg) intramuscularly for 10 days, then orally in the form of Thiotriazoline tablets (200 mg) 3 times a day for for 20 days. In chronic hepatitis of minimal and moderate activity, Thiotriazoline is administered intramuscularly at 2 ml of a 25 mg / ml solution 2 times a day for 10 days, then continuing to take it orally in the form of tablets (100 mg 3 times a day) up to 20 days. With cirrhosis of the liver, the course of treatment is 60 days. Treatment begins with intramuscular injection of 2 ml of a 25 mg / ml solution (50 mg) 3 times a day for 5 days, and then continue treatment with Thiotriazoline in the form of tablets (at a dose of 100 mg 3 times a day).
