What is Spazmaton?
Spazmaton tablets are a combination medication containing metamizole sodium, pitofenone, and fenpiverinium bromide, designed to alleviate pain and spasms associated with:

How does Spazmaton work?
Spazmaton combines three active ingredients to provide comprehensive pain relief:

- Fenpiverinium bromide: An antispasmodic agent that specifically targets smooth muscle spasms in internal organs.
Dosage and Administration:
- Adults and children over 15 years old: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day, with a maximum daily dose of 6 tablets.

Overdose:
- Symptoms: Vomiting, confusion, nausea, epigastric pain, impaired liver and kidney function, convulsions.
- Treatment: Gastric lavage, activated charcoal administration, symptomatic therapy. Forced diuresis and alkalization of urine with sodium bicarbonate may accelerate elimination.
