Siberian Fir Extract 300ml, Visterra
Description:
Siberian Fir Extract is a dietary supplement providing dihydroquercetin, iron, and copper. This extract boasts a diverse chemical composition, ranging from organic acids to polyphenol complexes, and includes a significant group of bioavailable trace elements. It has demonstrated effectiveness in treating acute respiratory infections (ARIs), influenza, chronic ENT and bronchopulmonary diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.
Siberian Fir Extract exhibits adaptogenic properties, enhancing the body’s non-specific resistance to microbes, optimizing mental and physical performance, and improving adaptation to extreme conditions. The bioavailable micro- and macronutrients (iron, zinc, copper, manganese, and others) significantly improve hematopoiesis, promote the production of antiviral substances (interferons) in the blood, and normalize immune responses. It helps normalize homeostasis and may be successfully used for managing conditions such as hypotension and hypertension, hyper- and hypoglycemia, leukopenia and leukocytosis, anemia, and erythrocytosis. The extract is non-toxic and lacks allergenic, carcinogenic, and embryotoxic properties. Its effectiveness is supported by a registered pharmaceutical preparation based on it (FSP 42-1049-07). While its use as a functional food and dietary supplement hasn’t been widespread, this is largely due to past limitations in extraction technology which resulted in inconsistent product quality. Another challenge has been the change in physicochemical characteristics over time.
Suggested Use:
Adults take 1 tablespoon (10 ml) three times daily with meals, after diluting in ¼ cup of water. The recommended course of treatment is one month. The course can be repeated if necessary. A daily intake of 30 ml provides 72% of the recommended daily allowance of dihydroquercetin, 30% of iron, and 18% of copper, all within safe upper limits.
Additional Recommendations:
For conditions involving weakened immunity, a 3-4 week course (2-3 packs) is recommended. This also applies to asthenia, fatigue, neurasthenia, and vegetative-vascular dystonia. For cardiovascular diseases (transient hypertension, stages 1 and 2 arterial hypertension, autonomic dysfunction syndrome, coronary artery disease, post-infarction period), a 3-4 week course is advised. For gastrointestinal disorders (gastritis, colitis, enterocolitis, duodenal ulcers, acute and chronic hepatitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis, proctitis, paraproctitis), a 3-4 week course is recommended. For mucosal disorders of the oral cavity, nasopharynx, upper respiratory tract, and lungs, influenza, angina, bronchitis, tracheitis, pneumonia, and tuberculosis (during the illness period), a 2-3 week course (1-2 packs) is recommended. For chronic conditions, several courses per year are recommended.
Contraindications:
