JNB Sterilization Pouches provide a reliable and convenient solution for sterilizing medical instruments using both steam and gas methods. These self-sealing pouches, measuring 300mm x 380mm, are designed for optimal performance and safety. Each pack contains 200 pouches.

The polypropylene film withstands high temperatures and allows for easy identification of contents.
• Reliable Sterility Indicators: Integrated dual indicators provide clear visual confirmation of successful sterilization. A blue indicator changes to brown after steam sterilization, while a pink indicator changes to blue after gas sterilization.
• Secure Seal: The self-adhesive closure system with reinforced corners ensures a hermetic seal, preventing contamination and maintaining sterility. The easy-to-use peel-and-seal design ensures a quick and secure closure.
• Efficient Sterilization: The porous kraft paper allows for rapid penetration of sterilizing agents, ensuring thorough sterilization of the contents. Pouches should be filled to no more than 3/4 capacity to prevent bursting during sterilization.
• Large Size & Quantity: The generous 300mm x 380mm size accommodates a variety of instruments, and the 200-count pack provides ample supply for extended use. Triple-sealed side seams further enhance strength and durability.

Instructions for Use

1. Pre-clean and sterilize instruments.
2. Place instruments inside the pouch.
3. Remove the protective liner from the adhesive strip.
4. Fold the paper flap along the perforation and firmly press from the center outwards to create a secure seal.
5. Place the sealed pouch in the sterilizer.
6. After sterilization, check the indicator color change to confirm successful sterilization.
7. Store sterilized pouches in a sealed, dark, dry place (or UV cabinet) at a temperature between 15°C and 30°C.
