The RoosIN TUR-AL95 is a 95cm (the longest in the line) heavy-duty hemostatic tourniquet featuring an aluminum windlass and high-strength polymer hardware. Its 7th generation unified hardware ensures reliable, injury-free fixation and simplified application. The aluminum windlass provides superior tightening force, even through thick clothing or gear. Ideal for emergency medical situations, including combat, this tourniquet is designed for rapid hemorrhage control. We recommend carrying four tourniquets – one for each limb. Tactical applications may include preemptive placement (without tightening) on all four limbs before engaging in high-risk activities for immediate bleeding control if injured. While commonly included in tactical medical kits, it’s also suitable for inclusion in everyday first-aid, automotive, or hiking kits. Constructed from durable nylon webbing with full-length Velcro closure, it includes a time-marking strip and arrives pre-assembled and ready to use. Unlike rubber tourniquets, it maintains performance in extreme temperatures (-50°C to +50°C) and remains non-slip even when wet with blood. One-handed application is possible.
