The inner layer is made from a moisture-wicking knitted fabric (100% Polyester, 120g/m²), ensuring a comfortable fit even during extended wear. For enhanced protection, the mask incorporates two layers of SMS (Spunbond-Meltblown-Spunbond) non-woven polypropylene material (100% Polypropylene, 25 g/m²).

SMS material is a superior three-layer composite. The meltblown layer sandwiched between two spunbond layers provides exceptional filtration capabilities. This advanced composition offers excellent resistance to biologically active fluids, greases, and chemicals, making it ideal for medical apparel and the filtration elements of protective masks. Crucially, the meltblown layer gives SMS material up to 10 times better bacterial filtration properties than standard spunbond alone.

Designed for a secure and personalized fit, this white fabric face mask features soft, elastic silicone ear loops. A flexible polypropylene nose clip, reinforced with steel wire, is integrated into the bridge area to ensure a snug seal against your face, minimizing air leakage.

Usage Recommendations

This barrier protection mask is most effective when used in conjunction with other preventative measures, such as frequent hand washing, avoiding close contact, and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

Before First Use & Subsequent Uses

• Wash the mask at 60°C (140°F).
• Iron the mask on a medium heat setting, up to 150°C (300°F).
• Replace the mask every two to three hours of continuous use.
