Usage & Recipes:
Deconcoction (for cough, hemoptysis, bronchitis):
Boil 10g of crushed leaves in 400ml of water for 10 minutes. Steep for another 10 minutes, strain, and consume 70ml three times daily.
Infusion (for colitis, cough, skin rashes, tonsillitis, laryngitis, stomatitis):
Steep 15g of crushed leaves in 1 cup of boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain and consume 2 tablespoons three times a day. For throat and mouth issues, gargle 4-5 times daily.
Infusion (for diarrhea, intestinal inflammation, stomach bleeding):
Steep 8g of leaves in 400ml of boiling water for 30 minutes. Filter and consume 100ml four times a day.
Infusion (for diabetes):
Steep 10g of crushed leaves in 200ml of boiling water for 20 minutes. Strain and consume 70ml three times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
External Use (skin rashes, acne, eczema, conjunctivitis, blepharitis):
Boil 10g of crushed leaves in 200ml of water in a water bath for 15 minutes. Steep for 2 hours, strain, and apply topically.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance. Consult your doctor before using raspberry leaves, especially during pregnancy. A minimum recommended course is 5 packs.
