Sizing & Care

Select insoles 5-10mm longer than your foot length. Avoid excessive wetting. Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Air dry away from heat sources after each use.

Instructions

Insert insoles into your shoes with the textile surface facing up. Some initial discomfort is possible during the first 2 weeks of use. Suitable for daily wear in closed summer or athletic shoes with heels up to 4cm.
