Usage and Recipes
Bronchitis, Pneumonia, Whooping Cough:
Boil 20g of Primula in 200ml of water for 20 minutes. Steep for an hour, strain, and take 1 tablespoon 3-4 times daily.
Flu, Sore Throat, Bronchitis (Powder):
Consume 1-2g of Primula powder 3 times daily.
Infusion:
Steep 1 tablespoon of Primula in 200ml of boiling water for 30 minutes in a bain-marie. Strain, top up to the original volume, and take 2 tablespoons with meals, up to 4 times a day.
Decoction:
Boil 20g of Primula in 400ml of water for 15 minutes. Steep for 30 minutes, strain, and divide into 4 doses, taking one dose 4 times a day.
Flower Infusion (Nerves, Insomnia, Colds, Sore Throat):
Steep 10g of Primula flowers in 200ml of boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 150ml three times daily.
Flower Infusion (Migraine, Dizziness):
Steep 1 tablespoon of Primula flowers in 1 cup of boiling water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink the entire infusion warm.
Flower Infusion (Heart Disease, Paralysis, Colds):
Steep 3 teaspoons of Primula flowers in 1 cup of boiling water for 1 hour. Strain and drink ½ cup in small sips 3 times daily.
