The ORTO KO-120 Posture Corrector is a semi-rigid support designed to alleviate back pain and prevent compression fractures associated with osteoporosis, and to reduce fatigue from both static and dynamic activities. This innovative back support utilizes AirPlus technology, a unique breathable fabric that’s both lightweight and comfortable.

The corrector features a central non-elastic panel for targeted support, flanked by elastic side panels for a flexible, conforming fit. Two adjustable support ribs provide customizable spinal support, while elastic shoulder straps with Fastex closures ensure a secure and easy application. A removable Velcro closure loop in the center allows for personalized adjustment, preventing underarm pressure. Additional Velcro closures on the side panels provide a secure and comfortable fit.
