Instructions for Use

1. Put on over underwear, ensuring the stays are positioned symmetrically along your spine.
2. Adjust the stays to conform to the natural curve of your back, if needed.
3. Secure the front closure using the Velcro straps.
4. Cross the shoulder straps at the back and fasten them at the waist.
5. Daily usage duration should be determined by your physician, but generally should not exceed 5-6 hours.
