Orto Professional Optimum Red insoles utilize the innovative OPTIMUM personalization system, offering a revolutionary approach to foot orthotics. Their unique design allows for personalized adaptation to individual anatomical and biomechanical irregularities, making them a comprehensive alternative to custom-made insoles. Effective for up to 98% of foot pathologies.

OPTIMUM RED insoles are primarily designed for treating non-fixed deformities of the longitudinal and transverse arches, as well as for preventing injuries and musculoskeletal disorders in cases of moderately expressed orthopedic foot pathologies. They enhance mobility and improve quality of life through the comprehensive action of the Memogel® system.

The Multi-layered Memogel® System:

• Memopur®: A polyurethane foam with unique “memory” properties. It molds to your foot’s unique shape for optimal pressure distribution.
• HydroEnergy: Specially shaped inserts of hydrostatic gel that absorb impact, protecting joints and reducing muscle fatigue.
• Silverline: An innovative, antibacterial top layer containing silver threads. This provides superior odor control, absorption, and durability.

Indications:

• Combined flat feet (I-II degree)
• Osteochondropathies of the foot (Köhler II disease, Renander-Müller disease, etc.)
• Osteoarthritis of the first metatarsophalangeal joint (Hallux rigidus) with moderate pain
• Inflammatory and infectious arthropathies of the first metatarsophalangeal joint (rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthropathy) outside of acute phases
• Plantar fasciitis (“heel spur”)
• Post-operative rehabilitation for hallux valgus, foot injuries with damage to the capsular-ligamentous apparatus of the first ray (long-term rehabilitation)

Contraindications:

• Relative: Local dermatitis, purulent skin diseases (pyodermas), skin lesions.
