The ORLETT TLSO-251(F) Enhanced Posture Corrector, 2nd Generation, progressively corrects postural deviations by establishing a correct musculoskeletal pattern. Its correction mechanism combines horizontal and vertical reclination through the tension of non-stretchable shoulder straps. The corrector facilitates clavicle abduction and scapular adduction and depression via shoulder straps and rigidity ribs located along the spine, projecting onto the transverse processes of the vertebrae.
