Optimax Express is a powerful, broad-spectrum disinfectant and cleaner effective against a wide range of microorganisms. Its antimicrobial activity includes bactericidal action against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., E. coli, Staphylococcus, Salmonella); virucidal action against Coxsackie, ECHO, polio, enteric and parenteral hepatitis viruses, HIV, SARS, influenza, herpes, and adenoviruses; and fungicidal action against Candida, Trichophyton (dermatophytes), mold (including lactic acid bacteria), and yeast—including microorganisms commonly found in food processing facilities. Optimax Express also exhibits ovicidal properties, effectively eliminating parasites (protozoan cysts and oocysts, helminth eggs and larvae). This versatile cleaner maintains its physicochemical and consumer properties after freezing and thawing, is non-flammable, and poses no fire or explosion hazard.
