Contraindications

Instructions for Use

1. After cavity preparation and caries excavation, thoroughly clean and rinse the affected area with water.
2. Dry the area completely with an air stream. Excess moisture will hinder staining.
3. Apply a drop of Omega Caries Indicator to the provided mixing block.
4. Using microbrushes or cotton pellets, apply the solution to the carious cavity for 10 seconds.
5. Rinse the cavity with water using a saliva ejector, then dry with an air stream.
6. Remove the red-stained infected dentin.
7. Repeat the procedure until no further staining occurs, indicating the removal of all infected areas.
8. After removing all stained material, repeat the procedure with a fresh drop of the indicator.
9. Finally, thoroughly rinse and dry the cavity before proceeding with further treatment.

Storage

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature between +4°C and +24°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 3 years. The expiry date is indicated on the packaging.
