Usage:
Internal:
Steep 1 tbsp of oak bark in 0.5 liters of water. Simmer in a water bath, cool, and strain. Consume throughout the day in small portions, regardless of mealtimes. Daily dosage: 200-250 ml. Usage can be single-dose or as a course of treatment.
External:
Boil 200g of oak bark in 2 liters of water in a water bath for 30 minutes. Steep for 3 hours, then strain. Dilute with additional water as needed. Use for compresses, rinses, washes, sitz baths, etc.
Contraindications:
