Instructions:

1. Prepare solution & select nozzle.
2. Lean forward, tilting head slightly to the side.
3. Holding the device upside down, gently insert the nozzle into one nostril.

5. Press the valve at the bottom of the reservoir; the solution will flow automatically (do not squeeze the reservoir).
6. Solution flows through one nostril, cleanses the nasal cavity, and exits the other. Release the valve to stop.
