The Lyapko Small Mat Applicator is a flexible rubber mat (137x237 mm) featuring needles made from essential metals: zinc, copper, iron, nickel, and silver. The needle spacing is 6.0 mm. Ideal for back and abdominal applications, or as a foot mat (standing, sitting, or lying down). Recommended for managing obesity (application to fatty deposits). For enhanced results, when lying down, press the mat against the bed using your feet. When sitting, place your feet on the mat (use a cushion for even pressure).
