The ORTO KGK-110 thoracolumbosacral orthosis provides semi-rigid support and stabilization for the thoracic and lumbosacral spine. Its anatomically shaped, detachable base features a non-elastic central section and elastic side panels for a comfortable and customizable fit. Modellable rigid stays and elastic straps provide targeted support and compression. Two long stays run along the spine, flanked by two shorter stays on the central panel’s sides. The number of elastic straps (one or two pairs) depends on the size. Reclining straps with soft padding enhance comfort and corrective support. A central loop secures the reclining straps, and Velcro closures are conveniently located on the elastic side panels, straps, and base edges.

  • Osteochondrosis and other degenerative diseases of the thoracic and lumbosacral spine.
  • Myofascial pain syndrome.
  • Scoliosis (kyphoscoliosis) of grades I-II of various etiologies.
  • Adolescent spinal osteochondrosis (adolescent kyphosis or Scheuermann’s disease).
  • Osteoporosis (with a history of pathological bone fractures).
