Absolute Contraindications:

How to Put On Your Compression Stockings
- Insert your hand inside the stocking.
- Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel.
- Place your foot into the stocking, ensuring the heel is correctly positioned.
- Gradually pull the stocking up your leg.
- Smooth out any wrinkles to ensure even graduated compression.
- Avoid pulling the stocking forcefully from the top.
