Storage and Handling:

Use iCheck test strips within 90 days of opening the tube or within 18 months of the manufacturing date. Store at 2°C to 30°C (36°F to 86°F) with RH < 80% humidity.

Instructions for Use:

1. Remove one test strip and immediately reseal the tube.
2. Insert the test strip into the glucometer (black side forward). You can grip the strip anywhere.
3. Place the lancing device against the side of your fingertip and press the button.
4. Touch the blood drop to the designated area on the test strip and hold until the reaction zone is filled.
5. Read the result after 9 seconds.
6. Remove the test strip and lancet and dispose of them in a puncture-resistant container.
