GuttaSil Plus: Two-Component Root Canal Sealer with Gutta-Percha

GuttaSil Plus from Omega Dent is a premium, two-component root canal sealer designed for use with gutta-percha points via lateral condensation techniques. This slowly setting material utilizes a modified epoxy resin and an amine complex hardener for unsurpassed performance. Its unique formulation provides excellent adhesion to dentin, gutta-percha, and metal posts, resulting in complete obturation of both micro- and macro-canals. The incorporation of a radiopaque filler ensures excellent visibility during procedures, even in challenging, poorly accessible canals.

GuttaSil Plus offers enhanced safety compared to previous generations of sealers thanks to its innovative, next-generation hardener. Note: Storage and transportation below 20°C (68°F) may increase the viscosity of the white paste (Paste B). To remedy this, submerge the tube of Paste B in warm water for approximately 2 minutes before use.

Composition:

• Paste A: Zirconium calcium aminoxide, tungsten, butanediol
• Paste B: Barium sulfate, modified polymer resin, silicone

Packaging:

GuttaSil Plus is packaged in two 8g aluminum tubes (Paste A and Paste B), along with a mixing pad, a mixing block, and instructions for use.
