Golden Dropwort, a traditional Altai Mountain herb, is renowned for its diverse therapeutic applications. It stimulates gastric and pancreatic secretions, increases stomach acidity, and modifies bile composition. This potent herb has been traditionally used to address a range of health concerns including:

Traditional Preparation & Usage:

Infusion Method:

1. Place 1 tablespoon (10g) of Golden Dropwort herb in an enamel pot.
2. Pour one cup (200ml) of boiling water over the herb.
3. Cover and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Let cool for 45 minutes at room temperature.
5. Strain the infusion, squeezing out the remaining herb.
6. Adjust the volume to 200ml with boiled water.
7. Take 1/3 cup three times daily, 15-30 minutes before meals.

Note: Dried herb is generally more effective than freshly harvested. A traditional preparation involves steeping 1 tablespoon of herb in a cup of water for 5-6 hours, then consuming ½ cup three times daily, 30-40 minutes before meals.
