Brewing Instructions (Infusion):

1. Add 2 tablespoons of Sweet Grass to one cup of boiling water.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Allow to cool, then strain.
4. Take up to 4 times daily, 2 tablespoons before meals.

Liqueur Making Instructions:

For a delicious Sweet Grass liqueur, use 2-3 grams of herb per 1 litre of double-distilled vodka or spirit. Infuse for 2-3 weeks. Remove the herb and strain. Sweeten with sugar syrup to taste, if desired.
