Formidron Spray: Effective Treatment for Excessive Sweating and Foot Odor

Formidron spray is a topical solution designed to combat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and its associated unpleasant odors, particularly in the feet and underarms. This powerful formula effectively reduces sweat production while simultaneously providing antifungal and antiseptic benefits, helping to prevent fungal infections.

Indications:

Formidron is indicated for the treatment of hyperhidrosis of any origin, offering relief from excessive sweating in various areas of the body. It’s particularly effective in addressing foot odor and the prevention of fungal infections.

Application:

For foot application, soak a cotton ball with Formidron and gently apply to the soles, including the interdigital spaces and the top of the foot. Apply once or twice daily for 2-4 weeks or longer, taking a one-day break every seven days.

For underarm application, follow the same procedure, applying to the underarms once or twice daily with the same break schedule.

Formidron can also be used to treat shoes and clothing. Wash and thoroughly dry shoes before removing insoles. Apply Formidron to the inside of the shoes and both sides of the insoles using a cotton ball. Place the treated shoes and insoles in a plastic bag. This method helps eliminate bacteria and fungi.

Side Effects:

Prolonged use of Formidron may result in dry skin. Discontinue use if dryness occurs.

Contraindications:

Formidron should not be used by individuals with known hypersensitivity to formaldehyde-containing compounds. It should not be applied to inflamed skin, the face, or mucous membranes.

Storage:

Store Formidron at temperatures between -20°C and 25°C.
