Description:

Flucinar N ointment is a light yellow, translucent, oily soft mass. It’s available in 15g tubes and contains the active ingredients:

Uses:

Flucinar N ointment is indicated for the external treatment of dry, inflammatory skin conditions that can be managed with corticosteroids, particularly those complicated by a secondary bacterial infection susceptible to neomycin. It effectively tackles persistent itching and hyperkeratosis (thickened skin).

• Seborrheic dermatitis
• Atopic dermatitis

Directions for Use:

Important Information:

• For facial applications, limit use to 1 week maximum.
• Do not use more than one tube of ointment per week.

• Neomycin may cause local skin irritation and allergic reactions.

Precautions:

• Long-term use on large areas can increase adverse effects.
• Avoid prolonged use in children.
• If infection worsens, seek appropriate treatment.
• Do not use if allergic to corticosteroids, gentamicin, or any excipient.
• Do not use with viral, fungal, tuberculous, or bacterial skin infections.
• Avoid using with skin neoplasms (tumors), rosacea, perioral dermatitis, or after vaccination.
• Consult your doctor for psoriasis treatment as Flucinar N can cause relapses.
• Use with caution in patients with impaired renal function or hearing impairment.
• Do not use with nephrotoxic or ototoxic drugs.
• Do not use in children under 2 years old.
• Contains propylene glycol and lanolin, which may cause skin reactions.
