Filorosso Class 2 compression stockings are hospital-grade (anti-embolic) stockings designed for surgical procedures and post-operative recovery to prevent thromboembolic complications. These compression stockings are also recommended for pregnant women (during pregnancy, labor, Cesarean section, and postpartum), bedridden patients, and individuals with limited mobility. The graduated compression maximizes effectiveness, improving leg circulation, preventing venous stasis, and promoting the removal of excess interstitial fluid. The wide, silicone-lined waistband ensures a secure fit, while the open toe allows for circulation monitoring and hygiene maintenance during bed rest. For optimal results, put them on in the morning on rested legs. Avoid pulling on the top band; instead, gently smooth the stocking onto your leg from the foot upwards. Position the top of the stocking 10-15 cm above the knee (on the second third of the thigh). If needed, use wet hands or latex gloves to assist with application.
