2. Gently heat in a double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Allow to cool, then strain.
4. Top up with boiled water to reach 200ml.
5. Take 1 tablespoon three times a day.

Contraindications

• Low or high blood pressure
• Low stomach acid (hypoacidity) and anacid gastritis
• Pregnancy
• Known allergy or individual intolerance to Eyebright
