Description:

The classic Bort Medical StabiloGen® Eco knee support provides superior support for injured tissues (joint, ligaments, cartilage). Its compression supports ligament function, unloading the joint and preventing incorrect movements. The viscoelastic pelot provides a massaging effect, reducing or eliminating swelling. A silicone pelot ensures natural patellar movement. The SOFTFlex 3D flat-knit fabric offers exceptional elasticity, stability, and comfort. Spiral steel supports on each side provide additional stability. The soft, velvety surface is gentle on the skin. The extended sizing system (“full thigh”) ensures a perfect fit. Compression class II. Sizes XXL and larger feature a silicone border for enhanced grip.

How to Use:

Put the brace on over your sock, pulling it up to your knee. Position the silicone insert over your kneecap (patella).

Indications:

Painful knee conditions – chronic, post-traumatic, or post-surgical; recurrent joint swelling (e.g., gonarthrosis); arthritis; ligament instability; meniscus pathology.

Contraindications:

Obliterative atherosclerosis of the peripheral arteries; impaired lymph flow; unexplained soft tissue swelling outside the splint application area; loss of sensation or numbness at the brace/orthosis application site; skin diseases in this area; latex allergy.

Important:

This product is intended for single-patient use. If nighttime wear is indicated, ensure adequate circulation. If numbness occurs, loosen or remove the brace. Consult a doctor for recurring complaints. Do not use creams or ointments with the orthosis – this may damage the material.

Composition:

57% polyamide, 28% elastodiene, 8% elastane, 7% viscose. Contains latex.

Sizing (Circumference in cm):

Measurements are taken 15cm above and below the kneecap (D and F respectively).

• S (1): D 26-29cm, F 32-36cm
• M (2): D 29-33cm, F 36-40cm
• M+ (2+): D 29-33cm, F 40-44cm
• L (3): D 33-37cm, F 40-44cm
• L+ (3+): D 33-37cm, F 44-48cm
• XL (4): D 37-41cm, F 44-48cm
• XL+ (4+): D 37-41cm, F 48-52cm
• XXL (5): D 41-45cm, F 52-56cm
• XXL+ (5+): D 41-45cm, F 56-60cm
• XXXL (6): D 45-49cm, F 60-64cm

Right and left are interchangeable.

Care Instructions:

Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Air dry flat. Avoid heat.
