How to Put On Your Compression Stockings:

- Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel.
- Place your foot and heel into the stocking, ensuring correct placement.
- Gradually pull the stocking up your leg.
- Smooth out any wrinkles to ensure even compression.
- Avoid pulling the stocking forcefully from the top.
