Indications:

The BCW-4000 provides semi-rigid fixation of the pelvic ring and sacral spine. It’s indicated for:

• Severe pain in the sacrum and buttocks, with or without radiation (“sciatica”) down the leg, due to combined spinal and pelvic pathology:
  • Sacroiliac joint dysfunction
  • Sacroiliac ligament strain and sprain
  • Sacroiliac joint arthrosis
  • Spondylolysis of L5
  • Myofascial pain syndromes (piriformis syndrome, tensor fascia latae syndrome)
• Pubic symphysis pain: Pubic symphysis subluxation during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum (pubic symphysis dysfunction, symphysis pubis diastasis, symphysis pubisitis)
