Indications for Use:

Contraindications:

Requires rigid joint fixation or presence of upper limb skin damage.

Caution:

Insufficient fixation during transport may result in displacement of bone fragments (in case of fractures) or soft tissue injury. Over-tightening may compromise circulation and nerve function.

Product Description:

The MEDPLANT ПКв-01 adult triangular bandage is constructed from a water-resistant synthetic PVC fabric, forming a sling-like “envelope” with an adjustable shoulder strap to accommodate various patient heights. The strap is secured using a sturdy buckle, ensuring a customizable and secure fit.

Instructions for Use:

1. Bend the patient’s affected arm at a right angle.
2. Place the bandage on the forearm, positioning the elbow against the sewn edge of the sling and the hand towards the open side (see Figure 1 – ).
3. Pass the strap over the patient’s head, with the portion originating from the sewn edge running along their back.
4. Adjust the strap length using the buckle to secure the forearm at a right angle to the shoulder.
