Water Extract:

Alcohol Extract:
Steep 10 grams of crushed leaves in 100ml of vodka or 70% alcohol for 8-10 days in a dark place, shaking occasionally. Strain and use 1 teaspoon diluted in 2 cups of warm water for gargling.
Tincture:
Steep 50 grams of crushed leaves in 400ml of 70% medical alcohol for one month in a dark place, shaking occasionally. Strain and take 10-20 drops twice daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Mouthwash:
Steep 2 tablespoons of crushed leaves in 1 cup of boiling water until cool. Use 3-5 times daily.
Compresses:
Steep 10 grams of crushed leaves in 200ml of boiling water in a thermos for 2 hours. Apply the strained liquid to affected areas 2-3 times daily for 20-50 minutes.
Contraindications:
Individual intolerance. A minimum recommended course is 5 packs.
