U.S. Medical Devices
Devices Eligible for U.S. Shipment
We ship to the U.S. only non-prescription, low-risk devices that are legally marketed in the United States (e.g., certain Class I 510(k)-exempt or devices with 510(k) clearance) with appropriate English labeling.
- We do not ship devices labeled “Rx only”, implantable devices, or devices requiring clearance/approval if not cleared for U.S. sale.
- Orders containing ineligible items may be partially fulfilled or canceled/refunded after order review.
FDA/CBP may review and hold any regulated shipment. Timeframes are outside our control.
Dietary Supplements
Labeling & Claims
Supplements must comply with applicable labeling (e.g., Supplement Facts), ingredient, and claims rules. U.S. shipments are limited to compliant products; product pages indicate current availability.
General Guidelines

- Claims must be truthful, not misleading, and supported by competent and reliable evidence.
Shipping & Geo
Geographic & Carrier Rules

- Customers are responsible for compliance with import laws, taxes/duties, and any clearance requirements.
- Regulatory or carrier holds may occur; if an item is refused entry, refund handling follows our Returns Policy below.
Returns & Refunds
How Returns Work
- Return window: 30 days from delivery. Contact us for an RMA before sending anything back: [email protected].
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging (except for defective/damaged on arrival).
- Costs: Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping, customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
- Refund timing: We issue a refund for the product price after the item arrives at our facility and passes inspection.
- Refused/undeliverable: If a parcel returns to us (e.g., refusal, unclaimed, import refusal), we refund per this policy once received back, less shipping and any carrier/customs charges we incur.
Certain categories (e.g., perishable, hygienic, customized) may be non-returnable where permitted by law — see product page notes.
