Serving Size:

2 tablespoons (50ml) provides at least 150mcg iodine, 100mg fucoidan, and 2g dietary fiber.

Suggested Use:

Adults should take 2 tablespoons (50ml) 30 minutes before meals 1-2 times daily, with a glass of water or low-acidity fruit juice. Can be mixed with water or juice to taste. Note that mixing with juice will increase the caloric and nutritional values.
