Wearing Instructions & Duration

The wearing duration and schedule should be determined by your physician. For injury prevention and managing existing conditions, it’s recommended to wear the brace during activities that place stress on the knee (sports, work).

Contraindications

• First three days after acute injury.
• Acute purulent inflammatory diseases.
• Tumors in the area of application.
• Individual intolerance to materials.

Sizing & Application

Measure your knee circumference at the midpoint, using a measuring tape that’s snug but not constricting. Refer to the size chart to select your appropriate PRO.ZDOROVIE brace size. For sizes L and XL, measure your thigh circumference 10 cm above the mid-knee point. A wider thigh may require the FL or FXL size. Try the brace on to ensure a proper fit. Comfort is key.

Care Instructions

Hand wash only after every 3-5 uses. Do not machine wash. Maximum temperature 40°C (104°F). Do not use chlorine bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Air dry away from heat and direct sunlight. For braces with removable components, detach them before washing and reattach after drying.
