Instructions for Eye Irrigation:

1. Fill the cup with your chosen eye wash solution up to the upper fill line (20ml capacity).
2. Hold the cup by the base, gripping it between your thumb and middle finger. Your index finger should be free to press gently on the cup’s bottom.
3. Gently place the cup against your open eyelid, ensuring your eye is submerged in the solution.
4. Apply slight pressure with your index finger to increase the solution’s level within the cup, ensuring thorough cleansing.

Instructions for Vacuum Eye Massage:

• Important: Vacuum eye massage should only be performed as directed and under the supervision of a physician.
• To perform a vacuum massage, firmly press the empty cup against your closed eyelid. Gently and periodically press your finger on the cup’s bottom for 1-3 minutes.
