Sizing and Measurement:
Use the provided size chart and carefully measure your legs to determine the correct size. The top edge of the compression stocking should be positioned 5-10 cm above the affected vein. Measurements needed include:
- AG: Length from heel to point G (5cm below gluteal fold)
- G: Thigh circumference 5 cm below the gluteal fold
- D: Calf circumference 2 fingers below the popliteal fossa (knee crease)
- C: Circumference of the widest part of the calf
- B: Circumference of the narrowest part of the calf above the ankles

How to Put On and Take Off Your Compression Stockings:
Putting On (Manual Method):
- Put them on in the morning. Ensure your nails are trimmed and rings are removed.
- Sit on a bed or chair with your leg bent.
- Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel.
- Insert your hand, grasp the heel, and gently pull it right side out to the heel.
- Insert two thumbs inside, stretching the stocking wide.
- Pull the heel onto your foot, positioning it correctly.
- Create a small fold at mid-foot, pull it up, smoothing the stocking onto your leg in sections.
- Smooth out any wrinkles, ensuring the heel remains in place.
Putting On (Using a Dressing Aid):
- Place the aid on the floor.
- Place the stocking over the aid, heel facing you.
- Pull the stocking onto the aid up to the heel.
- Insert your foot, ensuring your heel is correctly positioned.
- Pull the aid up to your knee.
- Remove the aid and smooth the stocking.
Taking Off:
- Gently pull the top of the stocking down to your knee, then ankle, and finally toe.
- Avoid pulling the waistband; instead, grasp the knitted fabric.
Important Notes:
- If the stocking isn’t fully stretched, remove it, and reapply, stretching more.
- Wear gloves when putting on the stockings.
- For knee-high stockings, do not pull them above the kneecap.
