Professional Use Only

Instructions

1. Dispense the required amount of Podiabland silicone onto a clean surface.
2. Add the appropriate amount of Herbitas liquid or gel catalyst (approximately 1 drop per cm², adjust based on orthotic size and silicone type).
3. Thoroughly and quickly knead the mixture until homogenous.
4. Shape the mixture into a ball, monitoring the vulcanization process.
5. Apply the silicone to the foot and carefully mold it to the desired shape. Allow to cure completely on the foot (cure time varies depending on orthotic size and silicone type).
6. Once cured, carefully remove the orthotic. Trim, sand, and polish as needed.
