Directions

Finely grind the contents of one tea bag using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder. Add one tablespoon of the ground herbal mixture to 0.5 liters (approximately 2 cups) of boiling water. Heat gently in a double boiler for 5 minutes. Strain and press to extract all the beneficial compounds. Take 30ml (approximately 1 ounce) three times daily, half an hour before meals. Suitable for children from 1.5 years of age. It is recommended to prepare a single day’s serving at a time. If preparing a larger quantity, store it in the refrigerator.
