Indications for Use (Compression Class 2):

• Varicose veins (multiple or single dilated veins longer than 5 cm)
• Multiple spider veins
• Lymphedema (elephantiasis)
• Restless legs syndrome
• Thrombophlebitis
• Severe edema, including post-traumatic edema (fractures, dislocations)
• Varicophlebitis
• Compression therapy after phlebosclerotherapy
• Deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis in high-risk individuals

Absolute Contraindications:

• Chronic occlusive arterial disease of the lower extremities (regional systolic pressure on the posterior tibial artery below 80 mmHg)
• Severe diabetic polyneuropathy and angiopathy
• Decompensated cardiopulmonary insufficiency
• Non-venous etiology trophic ulcers
• Acute soft tissue infection
• Septic phlebitis

Relative Contraindications:

• Material intolerance
• Sensory disturbances
