How to Use Burnet Saxifrage:
Infusion (Tea):
Add 10g of herb to 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes, and steep for an hour. Strain and consume 100ml five times daily.
Decoction:
Boil 15g of herb in 300ml of water for 10 minutes. Steep for 8 hours, strain, and add 1 tablespoon of honey. Take 1 tablespoon every 3 hours. For enhanced effect, consume with a cup of linden tea.
Tincture:
Combine 1 part Burnet Saxifrage herb with 5 parts 40% alcohol (vodka can be used). Steep in a dark glass container for 7 days, shaking occasionally. Strain and take 30 drops five times daily after meals.
Gargle:
Simmer 1 teaspoon of Burnet Saxifrage in 1 cup of water until boiling. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely. Strain and gargle 4 times daily for sore throats and mouth ulcers.
